Art Deco elements can be found throughout the theater. The house lights serves a dual purpose. In normal operation, the outer lamps are lit, but in the case of an emergency or power failure, the battery backup illuminates the center lamp, providing light when needed.

The restoration of the Chevalier Theatre takes time, money and a great deal of work.
