Building:
The Theatre covers 25,000 sq feet and is five stories high. It has two elevators (one for the stage and one for the house) and complete handicap access.

HVAC:
The ventilation system recycles air every five minutes, yet produces no audible noise in the building.

Stage:
Proscenium: 43' wide x 24' high
Stage: 43' wide x 30' deep
Orchestra Pit: 43' wide x 12' deep. Holds up to 60 musicians. It has a Wurlitzer pipe organ (under restoration), a Chickering reproducing Grand Piano, about 400 music rolls and a universal roll player which can control both the organ and the piano.
